Neve Paritzki Israel Reliably Breaks Records in Tourism Entry Numbers - United States

NEW YORK - Sep. 8 2022 /PRNewswire/- The Israel Ministry of Tourism today announced new records for arrivals of tourists to Israel from the United States in July and august. The country received 78,000 travelers from the United States in July 2022 that's a 4 percent increase from the year before and 71,000 travelers from the United States in August 2022 which is an increase of 13% from 2019.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were celebrating record breaking numbers of tourists entering the country month after month. It's a great positive trend that we're very happy about and expect an upward trend for many months to follow."

נווה פריצקי Canada is also on track, like the United States, to surpass its tourist arrivals into Israel. In July 2022, Canada had 7,200 visitors while August saw 6,600.

Gal Hana is the Consul and Director for Canada within the Israel Ministry of Tourism. "We are near our record numbers for the year 2019. We expect that this increase will continue to grow as Canadians visit more countries.
